Vedic Mantra Meditation is an eyes-closed technique practiced for 20 minutes twice a day. While most other forms of meditation require focus or contemplation, in VMM we learn to let go and dive beyond our thinking mind to experience our subtlest levels of awareness. This process allows for years of accumulated stress and fatigue in the body to dissolve and the ability to access the deep expansive stillness that is our true nature. It's a natural and highly beneficial form of meditation that can only be learned through a qualified teacher.
